What's Anti-Phishing Code and How to Set it Up

What is the Anti-phishing Code?
The anti-phishing code is a security feature, including a unique set of letters and numbers.
After a personalized anti-phishing code is enabled, it will appear in every legitimate email you receive from CoinCatch, so that you can easily identify the source of these received emails to prevent phishing scams, and enhance account security.
If the email shows an incorrect code or doesn't have a code, please contact CoinCatch Support immediately. This email might be an attempt to steal your personal information, and with the anti-phishing code, you'll be able to identify genuine CoinCatch emails.
The Anti-Phishing Code is highly sensitive personal information; under no circumstances should you share it with anyone, including CoinCatch officials and customer support.
How to Set Up Anti-phishing Code?
1. Visit CoinCatch official website (https://www.coincatch.com), log in to your account, and select [Security Settings] from the dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
2. On the "Security Settings" page, click on the [Setting] button on the right side of the "Anti-Phishing Code".
3. Customize your anti-phishing code and click [Submit] to complete the setup.
4. Fill in the code you received and finish the verification.
Note: Anti-phishing code contains 8 to 32 characters with uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numbers. It is advisable to choose a code that you can easily identify.
5. Now the Anti-Phishing Code is enabled, and the customized code will be displayed on the security setting page. You can change the code by clicking [Modify].
Note: Keep the Anti-Phishing Code confidential and DO NOT share it even with CoinCatch Customer Support.
