How to Make A Withdrawal on the Website：

1. Log in to the official CoinCatch website: www.coincatch.com, click on the top right corner [Assets] - [Withdraw].

1. Click [Add Address] to add withdrawal address and notes. ( Please ensure that the selected withdrawal network matches the network of your receiving address.)

1. Confirm your withdrawal [address], enter the email verification code, and Google authenticator code. After confirming the details, click [Confirm].

1. Select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw, the withdrawal network, the withdraw address (click the arrow to select address from the drop-down list) and the amount you want to withdraw, then click [Submit].

1. Enter the email verification code, SMS code, and Google authenticator code. After confirming the details, click [Confirm].

1. Wait for the withdrawal to be credited. You can check your withdrawal records in [Withdrawal History].

3. If the page indicates 【Invalid Address】 after entering the address, please check your address or contact CoinCatch online customer service for further assistance;
4. The withdrawal fee for each currency varies, and you can view the specific fees in 【Withdraw】-【Transfer Network】 (Web) / 【Network】 (App);
5. You can see the 【Withdrawal Fee】 for the chosen currency on the withdrawal page.
