Dear CoinCatchers,
Thank you for your continued support and trust in the CoinCatch platform.
In light of the overall strategic adjustment of the company's business, and after prudent evaluation by shareholders and management, CoinCatch will orderly cease platform operations. During this process, we will always prioritize safeguarding user assets and ensuring the orderly execution of procedures as our highest priority, and we will assist users in completing relevant asset operations within the established rules.

I. Important Timeline

1. Platform Function Cessation Time: December 24, 2025, 18:00 (UTC+8)

Starting December 24, 2025, the CoinCatch platform will cease the following functions:
  • New user registrations
  • Deposit services
  • All trading functions (including spot and perpetual contracts)
  • Other new business and functional services
  • P2P trading cessation & advertisement posting cessation
The platform will retain only account login, asset inquiry, asset processing, withdrawal, and other necessary functions related to the service cessation to support the execution of the closure arrangements.

2. Deadline for Perpetual Contract Position Handling: January 20, 2026, 18:00 (UTC+8)

  • Starting December 24, 2025, the platform will provide users with no less than 4 weeks for autonomous handling of perpetual contract positions.
  • Users can close their perpetual contract positions based on their own judgment before January 20, 2026. If there are still open perpetual contract positions after the aforementioned time, the platform will process them uniformly according to established rules. After uniform processing is completed, the relevant assets will be credited to the user's account balance.

3. Final Withdrawal Deadline: January 30, 2026, 23:59 (UTC+8)

  • Withdrawal channels will remain available until the aforementioned time.
  • Users must complete the extraction of all assets before the deadline.
  • After the withdrawal deadline, the platform will no longer commit to providing ongoing system or manual support.

II. Asset Security and Important Notes

  • User assets on the CoinCatch platform are managed under an independent management mechanism.
  • All user assets are recorded in a 1:1 ratio and are available for users' own operations.
  • Since its establishment, the platform has never actively misappropriated, arbitrarily occupied, or utilized user assets in any form without user instruction.
  • This platform service cessation arrangement does not alter users' rights to their assets in any way.
Users are requested to complete asset processing and withdrawal operations within the corresponding time frames based on their account situations.

III. Explanation of Spot Trading Order Cancellation and Order Processing

  • Before the platform ceases trading functions, users can cancel spot limit orders, take-profit/stop-loss orders, and other unfilled orders themselves.
  • After the trading cessation time is reached, all unfilled spot orders and related orders will no longer participate in matching.
  • The platform will perform a uniform cancellation of the aforementioned unfilled orders, and the corresponding assets will be returned to the user's account balance.
  • Uniform cancellation applies only to the unfilled portion; the filled portion is not affected.
Please check in advance if there are any unfilled spot orders in your account and process them promptly according to your needs.

IV. Explanation of Uniform Processing for Perpetual Contracts

  • Perpetual contract trading inherently carries market volatility risks.
  • After the trading cessation time, open perpetual contract positions will no longer participate in market trading.
  • For positions not closed by users within the specified timeframe, the platform will process them uniformly according to established rules.
  • The settlement price for uniform processing may differ from users' personal expectations; the platform does not guarantee profit or loss results caused by market fluctuations.

V. Explanation of Non-Cash Incentives and Benefits such as Rewards, Points, and Rebates

Please note that some benefits within the platform constitute non-cash incentives or conditional benefit arrangements, including but not limited to trial funds, rewards, points, tier benefits, and rebates:
  1. Confirmed rebates or rewards meeting settlement conditions will be processed normally during the cessation period according to the platform's established rules.
  2. Rewards, trading bonus, points, tier benefits, etc., that have not yet met usage or settlement conditions, do not constitute withdrawable assets for users, and the platform will not provide cash compensation or conversion.
  3. During the cessation period, the aforementioned non-cash benefits will not be newly issued, accumulated, or extended.
  4. Commission sharing and settlement arrangements for KOLs, agents, and other cooperative partners will be executed until January 21, 2026, in accordance with agreements already signed by both parties and the platform's established rules.

VI. Explanation of Fees and Service Arrangements

  • During the cessation period, the platform will not charge any new service fees.
  • The customer service team will provide necessary support within a reasonable scope during the cessation period to assist users in completing asset operations.
