How to Start Earning in Three Steps

1. Enrollment in the Program is subject to CoinCatch's approval. While we promote a low-barrier entry, we reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. All data and commission settlements within PMS are based on the UTC+8 time zone. Data resets to zero daily at 00:00. The daily commission calculation cycle is from 00:00 to 24:00, and payouts are made at 21:00 the following day.
3. You must have a valid and active CoinCatch user account with no risk warning.
4. Commission rights are granted for the lifetime of the Qualified Referee's account, provided these Terms are not terminated.
5. The Affiliate is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or other liabilities arising from Commission payments received under this Program.
6. You are responsible for the content and manner of your promotions. All promotional activities must be legal, ethical, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. CoinCatch actively monitors fraudulent or abusive activity. We define this as any action intended to artificially generate commissions, including but not limited to: self-transactions, coordinated transactions between accounts, use of bots or scripts, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
8. If fraud or abuse is suspected, CoinCatch reserves the right to: (i) withhold and/or revoke all related Commissions; (ii) terminate the Affiliate's account; and (iii) pursue any available legal remedies. Our determination of fraud is final.
9. CoinCatch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, or any part of these Terms, at any time at its sole discretion. Your continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance.
